I will first start off by telling you a little bit about myself. My name is Coral and I am a 25 year old woman who has been living with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) for the past 3 years. I initially ignored the disease because I was too afraid to face the disease. I am now ready to face the disease head on and have recently adopted a healthy lifestyle, in order to combat this disorder.
Completely forgot to mention that I am also a procrastinator and a recovering shopaholic.
This is not a blog for individuals living with PCOS, but for anyone trying to implement change.
